Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, emails, and documents. Project Coordination: Assist in project management tasks and liaise with teams. Data Management: Update CRM and maintain accurate records. Required Tasks: Follow up on leads from various platforms. Update CRM 3-4 times per week. Maintain customer log sheets. Assist in project tracking. Requirements: Experience: Proven virtual assistant or admin experience. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools.
