Hiring people for our platform

We are called HEAT and we are a platform that provides ongoing work to people around the world. The mode of work is designed to be so flexible that you have complete freedom to choose when, where, and for how long to work. All of the work comes from our customers who constantly bombard us with "micro tasks" they need executed. Like image tagging, interpreting texts, different web search etc. Tasks are easy and quick to execute (approx 30 seconds each). We measure task execution time very accurately (by seconds) and you get paid based on the accumulated amount of time you spend actually executing tasks. There is no compensation for simply being online, while not executing tasks. Currently we are hiring people to work in on-demand mode. That means that we will notify you as soon as we have peak hours, meaning we have big batches of tasks pending and if you are available - you jump in to complete them! So how does this actually work? You only need computer and good, stable internet connection to do the work. New tasks constantly pop on your screen, and you click on a task to grab it. If someone else caught the task, it will be marked red and clicking on it will not open it. Each task contains the instructions and all the information you need in order to execute it. Once you're done just click on submit to finish it and you can go on to the next one. When you want to pause working, just don't grab another task. Behind the scenes while you are crunching tasks, we sample a portion of your work and grade it. In case of low scores you will no longer be available to work on the platform.
