34235 Blogger Template Needed

I need two templates, one to use on "BLOGGER" and one to use as an ordinary web page. Both should look the same and be very easy to edit (I'll need to add links to the side bars etc). I have the graphics and a mock-up of the general layout of the page so you just need to make it. This shouldn't be difficult for somebody who has the relevant experience so please, no inflated bids. Also, please note that no payment will be made until I'm 100% satisfied with the job and DO NOT demand more payment to alter things I'm unhappy with. I'm easy to work with as long as you do what is required of you. A bad experience here has made me tread carefully now.
