105739 Social Networking Site: Urgent

I am looking for a social networking site done, it should have all the features of [login to view URL] (except the whiteboard feature), this site must have a unique design, I will tell you about design later. The site is worked around a "Hot Or Not" feature, and there should be a place on each persons profile where they have a small photo (when the mouse clicks over it it enlarges) and then it will have a piece of text at the top, like "Think I'm Hot" and then users give then a rating. Then there should be a page where the leader boards are place, plus the top 100 users in the board should have a award on the top of there profile beside there name with a plate with there place, e.g, 1st, 2nd etc. There should also be a web messenger option which users can use and on the profiles there a should be a "Talk to user on messenger". There should also be the option to "Launch a Hot or Not competition" with other users and this button should be on every profile page another users click this if they want to launch a competition, then the other user gets the invitation and they accept to not, If they accept then they are placed in the competitions page and a box appears on there profile saying "Vote for me against ......." There should also be a place on the homepage, I will show you an example when project starts. The quality of this work MUST be top class, I have kept this project private because I want the best programmer and designers there is. I must be able to contact you via phone and messenger.
