499509 fix wordpress newsletter site2

This is a job for yassir. (so it can be hard to understand it all) fix the last fixes on a newsletter site in WP 1. fix import script. that import old articles from old to new site. 2. the "box" Ledare needs to have his mail in the box. like their site 3 need to create box with: Webbredaktören. just like their site 4. "Vimmelbilder" is not on our site cause we nedd another lvl on menu for that. 5."travelguiden" is missing: on our page 6 the box "VECKANS TÄVLING" when ppl vote, they want to see result in the box. with %. 9. "tidningen" -> "arkiv" there is wrong format on the date. see red coloured date 10. every article pic needs a text, where they can write which fotographer took the photo. just like their site
