I'm in need of a draftsman with knowledge of 9B Childcare requirements, to help draft plans for some outdoor works and internal requirements of an existing property. Works will involve: - Fencing rear boundary - Landscaping works - Removing external door and replacing with larger bifolds - Internal bathroom renovation for us by children Also, any other requirements to ensure we meet the code before submitting for building permits.
