I am seeking a professional and experienced tattoo designer who can skillfully design a large, Oriental-style dragon for my forearm (inner) The dragon will wrap around two clocks which is an image of a family heirloom. The dragon body will form the letters P and L with each letter wrapping around a clock with the times 8:07 for the P at the top and 1:08 for the L at the bottom.
