The project consist to build OTA firmware on MPLab to work on my own board based on WIFI32E01 chip. The application must try to connect with the defined server address and download the new image. The downloaded image must be stored in the external flash (Winbond W25Q16JVZPIQ) initially. Application must reset the device to run new image once image is successfully downloaded from server. When device is reset ,bootloader must try to program the image from the external flash and if programming is successful ,downloaded image from the server must be executed . This code must be merge with MPLab code already code in the GCB board.
The objective of this project is to modify existing firmware to interface sht30 sensor with PIC microcontroller. The existing firmware was writte...interface sht30 sensor with PIC microcontroller. The existing firmware was written for HDC1080 Humidity sensor and works fine. However HDC1080 sensor was replaced with sht30 and now a firmware update is required to get values from sht30. Code is written in MPLAB and is fairly documented. The major portion of the code deals with menus on LCD, which works fine so only changes will be required are "to read humidity values from sht30". Have a firmware and I can’t seem to make changes or compil it it needs to be done with CCS apparently or MP lab needing the CCS compiler linked to it……… looking for some help to see if it a firmware issue or a mplab issue ? This project is to adapt an MPLAB project from a PIC32MX795F512 to a PIC32MX675F512. The previous project was completed on the Microchip Ethernet Starter Kit II and is an Ethernet 2 Serial project. There has been a new pcb built with the 675 but with many of the same components as found on the Starter Kit. The new board has some pin changes from the Starter Kit. As much as possible has been kept the same. The new board does have more capabilities than the old Starter Kit. It's a device that counts objects that passes by. Pressing the start button on the 4x4 keypad will start the counting of objects. Every time the interrupt is triggered(...keypad will start the counting of objects. Every time the interrupt is triggered(falling edge), the count should increase by one and should be displayed on a 5 digit seven segment display.
