Hey I need help with a simple excel database and then stating weather it is in normal form or not if not What should be done to correct the design
I need to add a second URL parameter and pass it to my weather map. This is a very small project. Please only bid if you can do this work.

Secondly, grab and update weather warnings every 5 minutes and overlay them as they come in without any page refresh. API access for warnings will be provided prior to starting this project.
