Simulation of exhaust system of to engine

I do have 3 matlab Models which need to be combined into 2 in order to run a simulation according to a paper for validation. The models of simscape need to be transformed to run a simulink model and extended with a hydrolizer to measure the amount of produced models and blocks are existing but need to be merged to allow a simulation. The second model is an existing fuel cell model which needs to be modified to operate 24h instead of couple of seconds. The target here is the measure the mandatory hydrogen mass. In a third step both models need to be compared to calculate a sufficient hydrogen level.
