This was a sighting in the Chesapeake bay. Chessie had dragon ears that went back into a fan shape with 4 points on each ear. Large circular serpent eyes. Head in the shape of a horse. Body like a snake with 3 humps behind, up and body approx a foot across,with large black scales. Each 2 to 3 in 15 t0 20ft long.
