Hi, This project has two parts: 1) Optimize my website performance. I have attached the Firebug/ySlow analysis of the Home Page. You can run this analysis yourself in your Firefox Browser. I attach the areas of improvement with a pdf file. 2) Record HOW EXACTLY YOU DO IT (you can use ) so that I can see and learn from you. My budget is $50 max.
