533830 Facebook tab and admin that manages messages

- We have a competition on which people will have to leave a text saying welcome to a celebrity in a nice way, to win a prize. - The Application will be a tab on Facebook. - To participate, the user will have to fill a form a per the attached sketch. - Once the "welcome notes" get to the database, we will have an admin validate the welcome notes, through an admin tool, and mark them as one of the following: A, B, C, D. A will mean it is one of the candidates to win, B means it is good to display but not candidate to win, C will be just normal participation, D will be abusive. - The admin tool should also allow to navigate the database and view the A and B lists. - In the middle box where we have "lorem ipsum..." will have a vertical ticker showing every second a different "welcome note" from one of the participants.... those will be taken randomly from A and B notes. The ticker will also show the first name of the person who left the note. It is important the note displays properly depending on whether it is Arabic or English so we should be to automatically set to a direction but also a font depending on the language (we will use specific nice fonts for this). - The ticker should give the use some control so that he can go back to see the previous ones, and stop when mouse is rolled over it.
