Needs to hire 2 Freelancers Needs to hire 2 Freelancers F.I.C. is a tax firm and we need an ongoing quick books expert who is willing to be professional and serious about the ongoing work we do. The following are conditions of employment as a subcontractor. You will be asked to answer the following questions and statements when submitting a proposal: 1. How long have you been in business? 2. How many company books have you done previously? 3. All financial compensation, agreements or negotiations are to be done through up work only and ONLY discussed with Dr. AL Beheary. 4. Can you provide a copy of your Government issued ID, National Number, Non-Compete Clause and "Pro Advisor Certificate" before being hired? We will run a background check on you regardless of the country you're in. (That's a condition of employment as a subcontractor). 5. The rate is $5/hour non-negotiable. Please only apply if that's comfortable and acceptable. 6. Have you taken any platform or industry tests and done well on them that you think are relevant to this job? 7. Would you be able to provide proof of your Quick-Books Desktop as well as Quick-books online certifications? (That's a condition of employment as a subcontractor) 8. Being outsourced is frowned upon in some circles. Pending we provide you with a company email, would you be able to keep the fact that you in any place other than Drogheda (Ireland) confidential to those whom you correspond with from within our company, regardless of the country they are in? (That's a condition of employment as a subcontractor). Pending you pass the background checks, you will be listed as part of our official ongoing team. 9. Do you have substantial experience in accounting and bookkeeping? If yes, please explain. 10. Do you accept that any dealings with my company, you can only negotiate your rate, your pay, or your terms with myself only? Technical work, you will be assigned an experienced CPA to review your work. (condition of employment as a subcontractor). 11. While we may use google email (as assigned by F.I.C.) or google hangout for chats and correspondence, you can never communicate or divulge any personal or professional client information except within our accounting team and on a need to know basis. Sharing or sending any information about clients outside our systems will be met with harsh legal action. 12. Can you conduct yourself in a professional manner and abide by online communication etiquette as set forth in most educational institutions? 13. Correcting your mistakes will be at your own expense. Communication to carry on the job or clarify classifications or reclassification on the statements provided will not be paid for, as it's part of the business. Also, you fixing your own mistakes is not reimbursed. 14. Diligence and prompt response are key to successful ongoing relationship. 15. Any and all communication should be limited from 9am to 7pm CST (Central Standard Time) with any of our team members, except AL Beheary. Communication with AL Beheary it can be anytime. Last but not least, while the rankings and ratings on up-work affect our decision greatly, honesty & communication will get you much further with our firm than any other. Thank you.
