Immediate open for an individual who can manage accounting/bookkeeping on the following platforms / tasks including: Client Database & Payment Processing -Daily Payment processing and collections -Maintain up-to-date information for client billing -Process monthly billing for approximately 15 clients -Record batches into QBO (deposits, invoices, payments) -Upload transactions using QB online Transaction Uploader Payroll (Gusto Run Platform) / Employee Timekeeping software -Compile and edit employee timecards -Enter and process weekly payroll -Record payroll entries into Quickbooks -Record payroll amounts to WC carrier monthly Other tasks may be assigned to help the owner with day to day tasks. Requirements: - Communication - must be proactive in bringing up any potential issues you find and working with the owner to resolve them. - Strong English speaking ability - Must know Quickbooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets. - Desired knowledge of Slack and task management systems - Must be okay with phone calls such as payment follow ups - Strong understanding of bookkeeping. Mostly for small businesses and startups. - Knows their way around excel - mainly for importing invoice and payment activity - Flexible - to assist in whatever bookkeeping related tasks are required - Should constantly look for ways to make the bookkeeping more efficient (memorized transactions, importing, etc.).
