bookkeeper with shopify and quickbooks experience

I'm looking to hire a bookkeeper with experience in both Shopify and Quickbooks. I currently have Quickbooks in place for my bookkeeping system and I need ongoing management and maintenance for my Shopify integration. My ideal Bookkeeper would be able to provide services on a weekly basis. This is an important job for me, so I'm looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of successfully managing bookkeeping and Shopify integration projects. We have been in business 3 years and now in a growth mode. Currently about 100 bank/credit card transactions a month and about 50 sales. Weekly maintenance to keep accounts balanced and monthly reports ready within 3 business days of the first of the month is extremely important. Must be familiar with the way Shopify collects sales, retains fees, and disbursements to bank accounts. Limited but other pay methods are with Sellbrite (Walmart), Amazon and PayPal. Only 1 checking account, 1 main credit card (some minor use in others) and 1 sales site (Shopify). Will require help with budgeting after 60-90 days of familiarization. Year end reports completed by Jan 31 to submit to accountant for tax purposes. Currently up to date through 5/31. I will supply timely bank and credit card statements and well as generate spreadsheets from Shopify and in return expect a timely update with that information supplied (2-3 days). We currently do not have employees / payroll - and do not plan on any - and need to pay sales tax to one state quarterly. We are strictly an online business, so we have very limited overhead outside of COGS. Past budgeting experience a huge plus so we can grow together.
