I have a new domain and need a site built with a very specific function. There will be a simple static front end of the site with a few informational pages aimed at different types of clients. But the back end of the site will be the part that needs to function correctly and dynamically based upon the USERNAME
Once someone decides to create an account, I need multiple fields:
USERNAME
Password
email
Upload Image
Custom Quote
EXTRA
EXTRA
EXTRA
fields
Upon creating the account, it will create a subdomain...
When a visitor goes to their new URL a frames page will load with a header and a main frame. The header will contain the picture and the custom quote, as well as a login link, create account link, how it works link. All links will load in the main frame at the bottom. All headers will look the same for all users except for the photo and custom quote. The initial page in the main frame is loaded from another website ([login to view URL]). The tricky part for me (I'm no programmer) is that the how it works and reate an account pages will need to have user specific links based upon the USERNAME ([login to view URL])
Basically all I need created as far as the USER Management end of my own site is to create a custom header to display another site below it where my users have an account with an identical USERNAME. That way people can direct visitors to [login to view URL] in order to use the functions of [login to view URL] and also promote sign-ups there.
Sounds convoluted and confusing, but I have already mocked it up using my limited frontpage skills, but am unable to share the mockup until I have selected a programmer.
I prefer to work with someone outside of the US for non-competition reasons. All work must be installed upon my webhost. Escrow is fine.
Thanks,
Jeff
