Customer Service Phone Agent

Hello, my online soccer uniform business is looking for 1-2 people who speak both English and Spanish fluently. This will be a part-time position consisting of monday-friday from 1pm-6pm pacific standard time. 25 hours per week total and you must be able to do the full 25 hours. We will be paying $200 fixed rate on a monthly basis. This is a very easy job as there are not too many calls to handle, at the moment it is under 10 calls per day. This is ideal for someone who is already working on something else from a quiet space and would like to make some extra money. 1. You must be able to speak both Spanish and English fluently (preferably no accent). If you are not fluent in one of the languages it will not work. Being able to write in both languages is also required (without having to use google translate) 2. must have good people skills and a professional attitude. Being a quick thinker is a definitely necessary 3. must have an excellent internet connection and a quiet space to work from. (very important) 4. Must be a quick learner with online platforms. we currently use shopify so if you have experience with it that is also a plus. 5. must be punctual. Since we do not get many calls it's important to not miss any. 6. must have a smartphone as you will use a phone app that we provide you. This is a customer service job and it will be required to have a professional attitude at all times when dealing with customers as that is a high priority for us.
