I have been running a website now for the past 4 years and each year I have used a different FREE layout. Now that the site is picking up I would like to finally give it its own look and feel with a complete design overhaul.
I basically want a web 2.0 feels for the site. The site itself is aimed a gfx designers so need to look profession and clean.

A new logo would be required too.
Ideally I would like an IPB forum skin that matches in with the site as well but this is optional to the designer. Coding on the layout would be required as well as the IPB skin.
