344285 Web 2.0 Template Required

I am after someone to design and code a template for my website. The design I require has to have a clean web 2.0 feel about it. The website is aimed at members with gfx based backgrounds so needs to both feel and look right. There will need to be a few pages created for the site (index, upload, members area, download page etc) but these will be discussed with selected winner. The template will need to be fully coded in HTML and CSS. Ideally I would like to have this completed within a week and there is the possiblity of more work in the future if w are satisfied.
