Here are some requirements that I consider crucial: I assume the freelancer has substantial experience in advanced software development, particularly in email marketing software. Excellent understanding of Internet marketers' needs is also expected. Need to complete first version of software and can implement their thoughts/inputs as well to improve the software and its email inbox delivery. For next version we will pay as well also We pay monthly maintenance for the software.
