The applications are currently seperate and are looking to integrate Zendesk with Salesforce using the Zendesk for Salesforce app. As well, we require the Single Sign On functionality to be set up with Zendesk and our current User Portal -whenever a user is logged in to their account, they are automatically logged into the respective Zendesk account. We tell each other "im answering this one - you answer the other one" etc etc. Do any of you have a cheap ticketing system or advise whether we can setup a system so that if a colleague answers an email - the others are notified.
