In my present role, I am responsible for maintaining administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Planned, developed and implemented strategy for HR management and development including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues.
I am proficient in all Microsoft applications and various data management systems i.e Odoo, Zoho and ERP (Oracle) software.
