I'm looking for a talented freelancer to help me automate a complex process. As of now, I manually gather numerical data from a variety of unstructured sources like images, text, and PDFs. This data includes formulas and is stored both on my local computer and the web. At present, I get ChatGPT to convert this data into a table which I then paste into excel. I do calculations in excel to find out what percent each ingredient is of a total formula. Then I create a new entry into a table in Airtable and paste this data into a different table in Airtable which references the first table. I need someone to automate this data extraction process, calculations and entry into two separate Airtable tables so I can do it repeatedly myself. I work...

Please note that this is not for a particular role, this for representation. We work with all Casting Directors in Australia on all productions. We are seeking talented individuals to play varying roles. We receive briefs for Film, TV, and Commercials. We left the project duration field blank, this means there are opportunities for both short-term and long-term collaboration. Most jobs are between 4-8 hours or can be multiple days on larger productions.
