We currently have multiple forms, trackers, and databases that have daily inputs from multiple field personnel and back-of-house departments. The workflow on my projects requires intricate and dynamic workflows that involve multiple individuals and departments. I am in the early stages of making "smart" tools for automating the transfer of information between those departments: linking the data, defining "trigger" events, and processing data from various inputs into "smart" trackers.
